Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our services due to our inability to provide matching profiles as per your requirements, you are eligible for a 100% refund (excluding GST) within one month from the date of payment.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • If you have not checked any contact details, it will be considered that you have not received any relevant data as per your preferences. In this case, you can request a refund.
  • If you have checked the contact details of at least 5 profiles from your contact balance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you are receiving interests from partner profiles, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you have sent interests to partner profiles, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be made within one month of the payment date. After this period, the refund policy will no longer be applicable.
  • Refund will be done within 7 working days after the date of request.
